My first official classroom...

As a permanent faculty member of EFL-university, yesterday I had my first official class. 21 students have got admission for COP course. They are:

11. Mr. Mohd. rasheeduddin Qurashi
12. Mr. Thakur Sudhanshu Singh
13. Mr. Irfan Khan
14. Mr. Ishrath khan
15. Mr.S. Durga Prasad
16. N.Abinaya Devi
17. Mrs. Jayashree

Age group varies from say 17 years to 50 years. There is a student of standard 12Th and there is another student, who is planning to seek retirement. For some it is just their hobby to learn foreign languages, for others the motivating factors are passion, dream, business, career, Russian revolution, Russia itself or Russian literature.

One thing, which is very important to not forget is that, this is their part time choice. They have their own full time engagements and learning Russian language is a part time activity for them. Classes are in the evening at 6.00 o'clock. This is the time, when they have already been busy for the whole day. Then it is quite natural that they must be tired. Exactly for this reason course structure must be designed in a way that the learning becomes interactive, much of fun and stress free.

I hope I will be able to perform well but, for that matter I must get the due support from the students.
